My business is expanding all the time, into all sorts of directions, connected by just one thing, my passions. You could do exactly the same! Let Your Passions Fuel Your Success

If you want to succeed in life you must progress your number one asset – you! And I want you to realise that the only thing stopping you from succeeding in life is yourself. Finding and connecting to your passions is going to be life changing for you. You must no longer allow mediocrity to keep you from living life at it’s very best. You must expect more out of every single moment of your time. Life has to be more than just ” okay”. Okay, is just not good enough, that is not the way it was designed to be. Life is supposed to be great. It is time that you reconnected to your amazing dreams, brilliant business ideas and your deepest, heart felt desires to achieve success. The thing that will help you bring all these together is discovering your passions. If you don’t think this is the case, you are denying yourself. You are playing safe, not releasing yourself from those self imposed shackles. Lacking passions in your life has been the missing link that you’ve been searching desperately for up till now. Without your passions you go through life lacking the rocket fuel to truly succeed. Your passions make it possible for you to move forward in your life. Refuse to accept ” okay”. Refuse to allow yourself or your life to be tied down any longer! My success started the minute I created my vision, my big dream, that empowered me to overcome all of those hurdles that are sure to try and stand in everyone’s way when they’re trying to build a successful business. My key, what inspires me, motivates within me is the desire to improve my life and the world around me. My principle is in truth a no brainer, so logical, so right, and yet it feel’s so good and empowering, and that is when you commit to helping others; you help yourself. When your passion brings you the strength, power and ability to help others, nothing will hold you back …. Not even yourself.” A man must know what he does well, so that he can make a living. He must know what he loves, so that he will enjoy life, and if he is truly blessed, they will be the same.” So my personal experience shows to me that when you focus on your passion , and find ways to allow your passion to impact others, you have a winning formula! When you are passionate about what you do, you give 110% and the results show. It will change your life and every one you touch. That is truly AWESOME!

Let’s Go Into More Detail

The difference between where you are and where you want to be is the gap you need to close. So now it’s time to move forward and get to the place you want to be. How do we close this gap between our current reality and our goals. Your imagination is one of your greatest personal tools to set this in motion. It is a window into the world of possibility, and a powerful force toward the realization of a better life. When used intentionally, your imagination becomes the trigger of your creative abilities. So when you actually see where you want to go, when you can vividly picture it, no matter what your current reality is, and how different it is to the current reality, you can build a bridge to go from one to the other. But sometimes pursuing your dreams means stopping to build a bridge to get there and this can take time and involve frustrations on the journey while getting there. The space between our current reality and where we want to be can always be bridged. The choices we make have immediate and long term consequences that either widen this gap or bring us closer to the life we want to live and the goals we are striving to achieve. Take a look at the assets you have to put to work towards overcoming your current obstacles. What skills and abilities do you have? What knowledge do you have? What external resources do you have (relationships, community, financial, etc.)? To get from point A (where you are right now) to point B (where you want to be), you need to clearly articulate what you need, so you can start identifying potential solutions. Once you clearly identify what you want you can start bridge-building!

You Were Meant To Live By Passion

Paul Dyer from his 12 weeks to a more passionate life wrote this beautiful section that to me demonstrates exactly why this journey in search of your passions is so worthwhile: You were created to create. Your gifts and talents are your brushes, and the world is your canvas. You were created for a purpose. You were designed in a particular way, with a unique personality and set of skills, abilities and interests (your gift mix), in a way that will allow you to fulfil your purpose. You will be good at what you need to be good at to fulfil your purpose. When you apply your design (your gift mix) in the right place (your Sacred Path), you will improve the world in some way. You will enjoy using your design when you apply it towards fulfilling your purpose. You will feel genuinely satisfied with what you create and accomplish when you use your gifts and talents on your Sacred Path. Your design (your gift mix and your soul) resonates with your calling. Step into your calling and the doors will open. Jump and the net will appear. You must learn to trust yourself. Aim at Joy and you’ll miss it. Respond ‘ yes’ to your calling, serve others, and you’ll find joy in abundance. You will love, be energised by, and be passionate about what you’re ‘ called’ to do. When you are using your gifts and talents in the right place everything feels right. You were created with a unique set of gifts and talents. Now you need to clearly understand who you are and what your passions are and what you are meant to do with them. Paul Dyer

Questions Can Change Our Focus In An Instance

‘ A genuine quality of life comes from consistent, quality questions’. ANTHONY ROBBINS – AWAKEN THE GIANT WITHINWhat you allow your mind to focus on is so important. Your brain can be directed and you can direct it by the questions you ask. The most powerful way to direct your focus is through the power of questions. We ask ourselves questions all day long. Our questions control our focus, how we think, and how we feel. So questions can immediately change what we’re focusing on and therefore how we feel. Most importantly questions can help us in finding our true passions. All through this eBook I’ve been putting questions in front of you. Your subconscious as well as your conscious mind are already working on them, trying to help you find the answer to … what is your passion? Read through these questions, let them really start opening your mind up. These questions will jump start your subconscious mind. The important point is that you answer each question without thinking too much about it. Just allow yourself to write whatever comes to your mind. Let a link form between your heart and your fingertips. Don’t censor yourself at this point. You can always remove the really ridiculous stuff later.

You will absolutely succeed at what you set out to do. What would it be? What are you amazing at? We are all incredible at something. What do you bring to the table? What do people thank you for the most? The first important question to ask yourself when on the hunt for your passion is: When was the last time I felt most alive? Now take everything you’ve written or thought of and make a list of at least ten of the most important things you can think of which would give you a life of joy, passion and fulfilment. Begin each one with a verb relating to being, doing or having which completes the sentence: When my life is ideal, I am _______________________________Close your eyes and picture your ideal life. What are you doing? Who are you with? Where are you? How do you feel? Now make your list. You don’t need to know the how, just the what.

Ok, so now lets narrow it down. Time to identify your truly number one passion in life. Next, take your top 10 passion list and create the hierarchy of your passions as best as you can by asking yourself, if you had to choose between one or the other, which would be most important. Go through your list and compare each item with another until you are satisfied that your list is in order of importance for who you are at this time. Start by comparing #1 or #2, make your choice, then continue comparing the one you choose with the next number on the list until you go through the whole list and then label the one you chose as #1. My #1 Passion is ________________________________________________________Be honest. Don’t worry if your choices aren’t what others think they should be. You don’t have to show this list to anyone else. This is about what lights your fire, right now. The more closely aligned you are with what you truly love, the happier, more fulfilled you will be. The happier you are, the more attractive you will be to those you love and cherish.

Put Your Passion To The Test

Now let’s put it to the test. You owe it to yourself to ascertain that this is truly your passion. Answering these eleven questions will allow you to correctly confirm what really excites you in life. If you find something that meets all nine of these criteria, that is definitely something you are extremely passionate about. Does doing this make you feel good about yourself? When you connect to your passions you know that every minute you spend time doing activities about which you’re passionate, you feel good about yourself. It’s something you enjoy doing, it inspires and motivates you. There are no doubts when you are doing things you are passionate about, you feel good about yourself. Would you do it for free? Things that you are passionate about, you enjoy doing them so much, that you would love to do them no matter what, even if you were not getting paid to do it. That it’s something that you look forward to do, something that you wish you could do all the time. What would you do for free? Do you think that the most successful people in the world got to where they are because they wanted to get rich? Absolutely not, they did what they were passionate about, and their success was just a result of their dedication. So think about something that you would just love to do. If money wasn’t an issue, What would you be doing? Does it ignite your creativity? It’s something that when you spend your time doing it you seem to always surpass your expectations, always coming up with new, fun, and exciting ideas relating to that subject. Whatever makes you creative is something that you are passionate about. Do you find it easy to do? What we find easy to do, will be related to what we are passionate about. Nothing seems to come hard to us when we’re passionate about it. When we are passionate about something it just feels so natural, we feel like we are meant to do it. Do you have any fear when you do this? When you do what you are passionate about, you have total confidence in your abilities. This makes you not worry about failing, because in your mind, how can you fail when you do what you love? You can’t fear what comes to you so easily. Would you regret not having tried to spend more time doing this? If you were at the end of your life, would you regret not having been able to spend more of your time doing this activity? If so, then this is something you have passion for. What would you regret not having tried? We all have these dreams, and somehow, life pushes us in another direction, and next thing we know, our dreams get side tracked. If you were at the end of your life, what would you regret not having pursued? What would you have liked to do, that you didn’t get a chance to? Think about what that might be. This is a good chance to be your true passion. Do you lose all track of time when you do it? We tend to be very time conscious when we would rather be doing something else. When you lose total track of time it’s often because you are passionately occupied in your current work. When we spend time doing something we are passionate about, time just seems to fly by, we lose total track of time. Do you talk about it to anyone who will listen? We all tend to talk about the things we are passionate about. When we are passionate about something we love talking about it, and can for hours and hours without getting bored in the slightest. When have you been happiest? Thinking back throughout your life, Think about the happiest moments of your life, and what you were doing and where you were doing it. Remembering why you were extremely happy during those times can help to pinpoint your passionWhat do you like to work with? If you love working with people, that’s a clue to your dream job. If you love writing, figures, physical activities, travelling or clothes, these could be a clue as to what your passion is. Do you find yourself teaching it to others? Do friends and family come to you when they want to learn some specific thing, something that you are good at? When that happens, do you take pleasure in sharing your knowledge with them? If so, then you probably have a genuine passion in that topic. So if your chosen passion has survived this little examination then you know you could well have found what it is that will get your juices bubbling and your life flourishing. Now is up to you to follow this passion and turn your hopes, dreams and desires into reality. Make sure you make the most of this thing you love to do and be the best you can be at it.

Exercise a year to live

Imagine that the doctor gave you a year to live. What would you do with the time you had left? I am not trying to stress you with this way of thinking, in fact I’m doing the opposite. I don’t want you to wait for your life to be near its end before you decide to live. If you feel stuck in your life, or at a crossroads one of the most powerful exercises I have come across is the ” Year to Live” exercise. If you knew from today that you had one year to live then what would you do? I’m not suggesting you quit your job, stop paying your bills, or give up on life, but rather to look at the areas of your life that matter most to you. The time may indeed come where you are ready and able to change career paths. You will decide to make more of every minute you have left, to appreciate and enjoy the people and activities that make your life worth living. For the next 12 months, 52 weeks, 365 days, 8760 hours, 31, 536, 000 seconds you would make sure you did everything that you wanted to, making sure you missed out on nothing in this the last year you have left. So with the perspective that you are near the end of your life you need to reflect upon the life that you have so far led. You may come to realise there are things that you wish you had taken more time to do, things you haven’t put enough time into. Well it’s not too late. You have a year to make everything happen the way you should have. What is it you want to do? You see, living like you were dying is the most liberating way to live. You are free to stop chasing after all the things that don’t matter… you are free to stop living for the approval of others… you are free to do the things you want to do. So now you must get clear about your priorities for your life. What change do I need to make to feel happier and more alive? Get your life into order so you spend time each week working toward things that are important to you. Live each day as if it were your last. Let today be the day that you allow yourself to pause to think about life, and what would make your ideal life. Get a pen. Answer this question: What 10 things should I do in the next 365 days—if they were my last? Write whatever comes to your mind. The clock is ticking. You may be surprised at your answers. 1. _________________________________________________________________2. _________________________________________________________________3. _________________________________________________________________4. _________________________________________________________________5. _________________________________________________________________6. _________________________________________________________________7. _________________________________________________________________8. _________________________________________________________________9. _________________________________________________________________10. ________________________________________________________________

After you have found your passion, it’s time to take action. To create a new momentum in your life and to maximize your results, you need to take massive, consistent, and intelligent action.
