Without failures, how can one improve? I’m still making mistakes, still learning and bound to face new challenges. Everyone is a key to their own success. In the process of succeeding mistakes are made and failure sometimes occurs. Failure can lead to success in relationships, managing companies and being an employee. First, failure leads to success in relationships. Failed relationships make you a better partner and team player to a business. Also, failed relationships with a boy/girl just lead you to a better boy/girl. Thinking your right all the time can lead to failure. Although learning from failure leads to success. Second, failure leads to success in managing companies. Not everything is learned in school. Some things learned on the job by learning what works and what doesn’t. Picking a bad person for a job can lead to not picking a bad person for that job ever again. By making mistakes and failing the first time, usually the second time leads to success. People may think failure is simply its own experience but those people do not look at failure in the direction towards success. Lastly, failure leads to success in being an employee. Usually when first stating a job mistakes are made, which is how you learned how things work and how to get things done. We see failure as such a bad thing, but not everyone sees how it can lead to success. Failure in this case just leads you to be a better worker. Every failure comes with mistakes which can be learned from. Each failure also provides a lesson. The more you fail, the closer you are to success. Failure can lead to success in relationships, managing companies and being an employee. Failure paves the road to success.
